Oh heck yes!! Another swell day in K C! No air or heat on, windows open with a slight breeze so my American Flag unfurls. Now, if only it would stay like this untill March and go into a very long spring! ;D

While I was bemoaning the first bit of snow in K C, I see what the East coast is getting already.
I guess I will not say anything about my weather here in KC!
BTW, I see is almost as cold on the left coast as in KC! What a shock for my West coast pals!!!

Had jsut a dusting in K C metro, but all around us folks got a lot more, I-70 was closed from mid kansas to Denver for a while last week.
Feel pretty lucky so far but our bad snows come in Jan/Feb anymore and keep finngers crossed that we don't get hit like the last 2 years. If we do, I can stay home but need to get stocked up on grape juice to tide me over, LOL!

T J, I now have the luxary of not going out if weather is bad. But heck it has been great as compared to other areas. But not going out much anyway, I do not wear my watch as much and the damn thing quit working!! It is a Pulsar and needs movement to keep it going, LOL! Is it a crazy TEKE thing about doing a Plar Bear plunge?? Glad you decided to stay dry and warm! ;D

Oh no!! Not a Teke thing!! many cities have the crazy people that jump in the water on Jan 1 to start the new Year - some have to cut through ice to do it. I could never do it - I was in HI in July and the Pacific Ocean was too cold for me - I certainly couldn't do ice water!!!

Well, as Great as weather has been in KC, all must come to an end. Temp is dropping, da, getting colder and maybe .25 or + snow. Front is coming through NOW, wind is getting really high. At least I was smart enough to get 2 25 lb. of snow melt while it was warm. Some of the East/North members have had it worse so I am just infoing y'all. ;D
