Friends are every thing!
Money is a big asset of course! But without friends money is only a way to keep score of what one has, but without friends, what good is it?
Some think money can buy friends but when money is gone, so are the supposed friends!

Agreed Tom. Personally money isn't everything, including friends. I personally think money itself does not buy trust nor friends. Trust and money are apples and oranges there. I know that relationships and friends could turn sour or be in trouble with money revolving around it. Just liking or wanting to be friends because of how much money or wealth he has with a fancy car, house, gadgets, vacation I believe is definitely not the way to make friends. You are right Tom, that friend goes bankrupt, then that friendship becomes so. Rather I believe in "values" and their character and their personality is worth more then money in the long run.

Friends and values last forever while money doesn't. Ex. one year that millionaire may have it but next year, his fortune may drop. Money only has value to be spent or wasted towards trouble.

Having RENTAL PROPERTY and tenets bugging out.  Four females were renting from me not just kids!! Said they would clean and get everything moved out! Wrong!! Been spending several days finding out things that I could not beleive. Door knob missing, storm door handle missing, painted two rooms, pink and blue. Carpet really stained. Some furniture left + food in freezer. Lot of junk that maybe I can give to friends. If I had money and time I could do a lot on my own but health won't permit it. Going to cost @ $3000.00 that I do not have. Very nice place: 3 bed room, bath and 1/2, double sink in main bath, big family room with fire place, one car garge, electric door opener, stove, fridge, dish washer, and garbage disposal include along with lawn mowing. Air conditioned. Know of anyone looking in K C metro area? |

New carpet dudes here, waiting for guy to clean upstairs carpet and then some painting. Tomarrow cleaning gal to come in. They do a move out cleaning. She used to do mine when I had money and she and hubby were in need. Still have some funky little things to do. God I am tired!!! Getting a lot of calls, but they want it for cheap!  Heck, 3 bed room apt. they want $760.00. No family room with fire place or a garage. |

Yea me!
Got duplex rented so a big load off of my head and will be putting Greens ($) in Toms jeans.
They are moving in this weekend and giving rest of month free as they want to paint at their $$. A young black couple who seem to be super kids!
