I started tracking fraternities about ten years ago, and one national struck me as being well-managed toward growth.
Over the past ten years, they have added 75 chapters and colonies. Sure, some have not worked out and established chapters have close, but to go from 60 chapters to 123 is a great decade of growth.
Another national I am familiar with says "We are good at starting chapters, and good at shtting bad ones down, but in the miiddle, we don't do very good." But ASP seems to be able to keep chapters on track.
Hats off to a great organization - and a good resource to emulate.
