FEBRUARY 6--When police arrived to break up a raucous 3:20 AM frat house party Sunday, an upstate New York man allegedly decided that it was the opportune moment to urinate directly down onto a cop from an elevated sniper's nest, according to investigators.
Responding to a disturbance call, Albany (NY)Police Department officers arrived at the ramshackle Hudson Avenue property early Sunday morning and “observed several people inside and outside of the residence consuming alcohol and causing a loud commotion,” police reported.
The property is home to Pi Kappa Phi, an outlaw fraternity that is not recognized by the University at Albany due to its history of hazing.
As officers sought to “quell the disturbance,” Noah McCall, 19, “urinated off the rear staircase directly onto a uniformed police officer,” police noted. McCall’s urine fell “onto the head and face” of a cop, who subsequently received treatment at a local hospital for “bodily fluid exposure,” according to an arrest report.
McCall, pictured in the adjacent mug shot, was quickly apprehended and charged with reckless assault on the damp patrolman (as well as possession of a phony Florida driver's license). A second partygoer, a 19-year-old college student, was arrested for possession of brass knuckles. Both defendants were released from custody following arraignment in Albany City Criminal Court.
On McCall’s Facebook page--which is stocked with images of him partying--one photo shows the teenager posing on the second-floor balcony of the Albany frat house. The captions reads, “470 Hudson. Home of The Dons.” (1 page)
