The Library of Congress thing is actually true. All the fraternity ritual books have a single copy in the LoC. Except TKE, because Reagan was a TKE and that book mysteriously disappeared during his first term.

Sorry tex, also heard the old wifes tales, like Harry Truman taking out LXA's ritual, LOL!
Have tried to get in to Library via cyber to check but, don't have the know how!
Maybe someone here has the right stuff??
