A Georgia Tech fraternity is under investigation after a student blasted a crude email to other members explaining how to improve at "luring rapebait" at parties.
"Grab them on the hips with your 2 hands and then let them grind against your d---," the unidentified Phi Kappa Tau member wrote in the email, which was leaked to college humor site Total Frat Move on Monday.
The low-rent Romeo, identified as the chapter's social chair, urged "pledges" and "bros" to grope coeds and feed them booze.
"Try to twist her hips around to face you and dance front to front. FROM THERE THE OPTIONS ARE UNLIMITED!" the email said. "You can make-out with her (tongue on tongue), you can stick your hand up her shirt (not right away though), you can go for a butt grab (outside or inside the shirts), or use your imagination."
"If she starts putting her hair over her ear, THAT MEANS SHE WANTS A KISS."
Later, a seven-step guide to "hooking up" includes an "expunge" step: "Send them out of your room and on their way out when you are finished. IF ANYTHING EVER FAILS, GO GET MORE ALCOHOL."
One line reads, "NO RAPING," though the email is signed "in luring rapebait."
Georgia Tech officials said it's Office of Student Integrity and the frat's national office were looking into the incident.
"The Institute does not condone this type of behavior and continues to provide resources and education designed to create a supportive campus environment for all students, even those who exercise extremely poor judgment," the school said in a statement to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
Phi Kappa Tau leaders told local WSB-TV that the chapter suspended the brother and itself from fraternity activities pending the outcome of the investigation.
One female student told WSB-TV the email made her "sick to my stomach."
