Based on the newspaper reports I've seen, they had plenty warnings and second chances.

Too many. When it comes to hazing, no matter how harmless it seems, I have a zero tolerance. It's too easy for that harmless prank to turn to injury/fatality. It happens every year - no one sets out to injur someone or kill someone, but some chapters just don't get why it can't be tolerated. They all think it'll be someone else, not us.  |
