I agree. Though for confidential reasons I will not say the name of one guy who I kinda know at the chapter at my school, I have yet to have heard of one guy who works at the multicultural center at my school as well as office of student disabilitities along with other involvement. In my view from how I personally see it, I definitely see that someone who is open, has tolerance of people who are different then him as well as into diversity. Not to mention that along with his involvement in student senate and other stuff, including having held a part time job, that really says a lot about who he is and his character. With that I definitely see him as a decent example of someone who is involved ( which he seems to be heavily involved on campus) , diverse ( given what he is involved in and what kind of background he worked with) yet I would imagine likes to have a lot of fun as well. After all I think that chapter is probably really glad to have him. Not to mention I know TKE is based on character and personal worth rather then rank and wealth. Character counts
