LINCOLN, Neb. (AP) — A former president of a University of Nebraska-Lincoln fraternity has been given two years' probation for taking money from the group.
The Lincoln Journal Star reports (http://bit.ly/otovdx ) 24-year-old Cody Brown, of Arlington, was sentenced Thursday in Lancaster County District Court for theft. He pleaded no contest to the charge in June.
